We continue to evaluate the attempted fraud on a group of our debit card holders earlier this afternoon. While fraud was attempted, our debit card processing vendor had excellent security and safeguards in place to respond quickly and contain the incident. If you see any suspicious activity on your account please notify us via telephone or our secure messaging system within our internet banking site so that we can assist you.
We have the contact information for impacted customers and will be reordering debit cards as soon as possible. At this time there is no indication that any financial or personal information has been compromised. Thank you for your understanding and patience as work through this situation.
‼️Important Information Regarding ACB Debit Cards‼️
Since approximately noon today there have been fraud attempts against Alliance Community Bank debit cards. Our debit card provider has blocked these fraud attempts, which is generating an automated phone call to the card holder. We are working with our card vendor to continue to mitigate this incident. We will post updates to this site as we have more information.
