Alliance Community Bank Facebook Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Sponsor:
The sponsor of this giveaway is Alliance Community Bank, located at 4427 Yucan Drive, Springfield, IL 62711.
2. Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to legal residents of Illinois who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Alliance Community Bank are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter:
To enter, follow the official Alliance Community Bank Facebook page and leave a comment with any emoji on the post dated March 18, 2025. Entries must be submitted during the promotion period to be eligible.
4. Entry Period:
The promotion begins on March 18, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on March 30, 2025 (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted outside of the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. Winner Selection:
10 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about March 31, 2025 through April 4, 2025. The winners will be notified via direct message on Facebook within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Prize:
The winner will receive a gift card (the "Prize"). The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize is $10. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the Prize is unavailable.
7. General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules. All decisions made by the Sponsor are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
8. Publicity:
By entering, entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and any statements made by the winner for promotional purposes by the Sponsor, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Liability Limitations:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Alliance Community Bank, Facebook, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize.
10. Facebook Disclaimer:
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, you are providing your information to Alliance Community Bank and not to Facebook.
11. Privacy:
The personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the fulfillment of the Prize or as required by law.
12. Dispute Resolution:
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising out of or related to this promotion shall be resolved in the courts located in Springfield, Illinois.
13. Additional Terms:
Void where prohibited. If any part of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, the rest shall remain in full force and effect.
